1. Order Processing

We are dedicated to getting your sacred pooja items to you as swiftly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Each kit is blessed and hand-packed with the utmost care, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with spiritual intention.

2. Shipping in India

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping across India, with no minimum purchase required.

Once shipped, please allow for the following estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates, and delays may occur due to weather, courier logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working to expand our services to international customers soon.

4. How to Check Your Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number so we can assist you.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order. Jai Pooja Thali is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
